Welcome to Hotel Everett. By accessing or using our website and booking accommodations or services through this Site, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

2. Reservations & Payments

  • All reservations made through our Site are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • A valid credit card is required to secure bookings.

  • Rates listed are subject to change without notice until a reservation is confirmed.

  • Taxes, fees, and additional charges may apply unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations must follow the policy stated at the time of booking.

  • Failure to arrive (no-show) or cancel within the time frame provided may result in charges up to the full stay.

  • Non-refundable rates are charged in full at booking and cannot be canceled or modified.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 3:00 PM

  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM

  • Guests must present a valid government-issued ID and a credit card.

  • Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Minors may not check in or stay in a room without an adult present.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests agree not to:

  • Engage in unlawful, disruptive, or unsafe behavior on property.

  • Damage hotel property or violate posted hotel policies (including noise, smoking, or pet rules).

  • Exceed the maximum occupancy limits set for each room.

Damage fees, cleaning fees, or policy violations may result in additional charges.

6. Smoking, Pets & Additional Policies

  • Due to the historic nature of our property, smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. Cleaning fees apply for violations.

  • Pets are only allowed in the Carriage House. Please refer to our pet policies.

  • The hotel is a no-cash property.

7. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this Site by:

  • Attempting to access restricted areas or systems

  • Uploading harmful code or interfering with Site functionality

  • Reselling services or using the Site for commercial or fraudulent purposes

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
