Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM

  • Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early arrivals and late departures may be accommodated with advance notice.

After-Hours Check-In

Hotel Everett does not operate a traditional front desk. Guests must check in by 8:00 PM or notify us ahead of time so we can prepare after-hours arrival arrangements.

Age Requirement

All guests must be 21 or older to check in. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. A cleaning fee will apply for violations.

No-Cash Property

Hotel Everett is a cashless property. All payments must be made with a major card or approved digital method.

Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted in the Main House. Dogs are welcome only in the Carriage House with advance notice. Pet fees, size, breed, and behavior rules apply.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Damage & Excessive Cleaning

Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required after departure.

Outside Guests

Only registered guests are permitted on guest floors and in rooms.

Amenities

  • Breakfast: Continental breakfast for Main House guests is served daily from 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM in the Solarium

  • Parking: Complimentary onsite parking is available

  • Wi-Fi: Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi

  • Ice: No ice machine is available; ice may be requested during staffed hours

Safety & Security

Candles, open flames, and cooking appliances are not permitted. Fire exits must remain clear. Security cameras operate in common areas.

Cancellation & Payment

Changes or cancellations to your reservation require 48-hour advance notice. Cancellations made after this period are subject to one night's room plus tax. Changes to reservations may result in rate and tax adjustments.
