Pet Policy

Hotel Everett is pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodations exclusively in the Carriage House. To ensure the comfort of all guests and the preservation of our historic property, we kindly ask that all pet owners review and follow the guidelines below.

Pet Eligibility

  • Dogs only are permitted

  • Dogs must be fully vaccinated

  • Dogs are welcome in designated Carriage House rooms only

  • A maximum of two dogs per room is permitted

  • Dogs must be well-mannered, house-trained, and non-aggressive

  • Dogs must weigh under 75 lbs (service dogs are exempt from this weight restriction)

Fees

  • A non-refundable pet fee of $100 per stay will be applied

  • Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply if necessary

Guest Responsibilities

  • Pets must remain leashed in all outdoor public areas

  • Pets may not be left unattended in guest rooms unless properly crated

  • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets in all areas of the property

Behavior Expectations

  • Excessive noise, including barking, must be promptly addressed to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests

  • Any aggressive behavior may result in the pet being required to leave the premises

Housekeeping

  • Housekeeping will not enter a room with an unattended pet unless the pet is crated

  • Please arrange service times with staff for a smooth experience for all

Liability

  • Hotel Everett reserves the right to decline accommodation to any pet displaying unsafe behavior, regardless of breed or size

  • Owners accept full responsibility for any damages or disturbances caused by their pet

  • Hotel Everett reserves the right to charge for repairs, deep cleaning, or loss of revenue due to pet-related issues

  • Indoor common spaces

  • Dining areas

  • Any non-designated rooms or facilities
